SM Certification Exam Prep ONLINE Course

International Institute of Project Management (IIPM®), a Global Registered Education Provider (REP) of PMI®, USA is conducting PMI-SPSM Exam Prep Course Public / Online/ Corporate Training Courses in the week ends / weekdays  totaling to 30 hours of Contact / Online, web- based education covering knowledge of and skills in all 5-domains/areas of PMI-SPSM specification requirements. This course fulfills the new mandatory requirement of PMI® for 30 hrs of training with special emphasis on scheduling as per PMI-SPSM specification requirements (related to scheduling in Project Management), before any one applies for the PMI-SPSM exam. The below modules of the PMI-SPSM Exam Prep Course offered by us highlight and explain briefly the contents of each modules.


            
PMI-SPSM Eligibility Requirements

  The PMI-SPSM Role Delineation states that candidates for the credential:

  • Can create and maintain the project schedule

  • Be able to analyze the project schedule

  • Should be able to report and communicate the schedule to the project team

To be eligible for the PMI-SPSM credential, you must meet certain educational  and professional experience requirements. All project management experience must have been accrued within the last five consecutive years prior to your application submission.

High school diploma, associate’s degree or global equivalent At least 5,000 hours spent in the specialized area of professional project scheduling
within the last five consecutive years
40 hours of formal education in Project Scheduling.

scheduling within the last five consecutive years
30 hours of formal education in Project Scheduling.

Study Mode Test

IIPM strongly recommends to take the study mode tests to reinforce the learning and improve the chances of success. In study mode tests, one can view the answers and practice questions from study areas.

Simulated Mock Exams

Participants can take any number of such mock tests. Each test contains 100 questions and should be completed within 2 hours. Exiting before completing all the 100 questions will cancel the total test and will not be counted towards the final score and  Contact Hours/ Study hours credit (2 hours).

These DVDs are live classroom session on Project Time Management in Classroom style with participant's interaction captured into DVDs for aiding / assisting / reinforcing the online PMI-SPSM study. Please note that these DVDs are not classroom session of PMI-SPSM exam prep course. These DVDs can be used just to aid PMI-SPSM exam prep but not as the main tool for the same. Mr. O. Arivazhagan, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) , a certified Scheduling Professional (PMI-SPSM) from PMI®, USA, a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB), and a Honors graduate in Civil Engineering from University of Madras has, in total, 23 years of cumulative professional experience in Domestic & International EPC/Turnkey Projects, Software projects, and in
conducting Project Management Training programs.
