Policy which the reader is expected to be
aware of and is assumed to have agreed to the following terms of conditions
on successful registration.
A. If the goods IIPM delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or
defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, IIPM shall have no
liability to you unless you notify IIPM in writing at the IIPM contact
address of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of goods in
question.
B. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on
which they were dispatched to you, IIPM shall have no liability to you
unless you notify IIPM in writing at the IIPM contact address of the problem
within 40 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you.
C. If you notify a problem to IIPM under this condition, IIPM's only
obligation will be, at its option:- to make good any shortage or
non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective;
or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the
any method of payment that IIPM decides to be the most convenient after
detecting for any Administrative fees to maximum of 25%.
D. IIPM will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or
damage arising out of any problem you notify to IIPM under this condition
and IIPM shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of
compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the
goods in question under paragraph (c) above.
E. All disputes shall be addressed within the Jurisdiction of Chennai,
India.
F. Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any
person who is not a party to the contract.

Policy/Delivery Policy for Online Courses
When you
register online or by phone for the IIPM online Course you agree to be bound
by the subsequent terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment Fee. Full payment of the enrollment fee is due at the time of
registration. You can pay by credit card, debit card, cheque, or wire
transfer. We will reserve your seat when full payment has been made;
however, if you choose to pay by cheque, your seat will not be reserved
until your cheque has cleared. In the event a check is returned for
insufficient funds, we will allow 5 business days for you to make full
payment. An additional fee of $75 will be charged for each returned cheque.
Lack of payment may result in collection proceedings. The enrollment fee
shall cover the course registration and participation, and all other Course
content.
We will admit payment from companies or other third parties only if such
company or third party provides us with a valid Purchase Order containing
acceptable payment terms and conditions; however, you are responsible for
full payment prior to the beginning of class. Any funds received on your
behalf in surplus of the full enrollment fee will be returned to you.
2. System Availability. Online system is generally available 24X7, but may
be down during times of maintenance required for optimum system performance. IIPM will make every effort to inform you of system downtime in advance,
but, this is not always possible. Please contact

only in case of 48 hrs continuous non availability of access to online
resources. However any continuous inaccessibility period more than 48 hrs
will be compensated with equivalent days of extension period in the access
time. IIPM cannot provide support for computers that do not meet our system
requirements.
3. Refund Policy. No refunds are available for online courses. Stop payment
of checks and charge backs on credit card transactions with or without IIPM's consent results in the student incurring the charges for the charge
back as well as any lawful action from IIPM.
4. Copyright and Proprietary Property. We will provide to you manuals and
other study material, which are copyrighted proprietary property of IIPM.
You will also receive additional materials that are the copyrighted
proprietary property of third parties. All copyrights relating to any course
materials provided or made available by us or any other party remain the
sole property of the holder of the copyright. Therefore, no part of any
course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or
transmitted in any form or by any means, or translated into any language,
without our prior consent.
5. All disputes shall be addressed within the Jurisdiction of Chennai,
India.
6. Limitation of Liability. IIPM has no liability to you whatsoever. This
"Limitation of Liability" section applies regardless of the basis on which
you are entitled to claim damages from us, including but not limited to,
violation of contract (even in the case of a fundamental violation) and tort
(including, but not limited to, misrepresentation). This limitation of
liability also applies to our subcontractors.

IIPM
follows the following cancellation policy which the reader is expected to be
aware of and is assumed to have agreed to the following terms of conditions
on successful registration.
1. Cancellation of registrations done 10 days before the start date
of the course attracts no deduction in the fee paid. Full reimbursement will
be made in the case of cheque and cash payments. However in case the payment
was made using Credit card and cancellation is done even before 10 days, a
service charges /administrative charges of 7% will be deducted to meet the
payment gateway service charges.
2. In case the cancellation is done within 10 days of start of the
course, but before 3 days 10% will be deducted from the course fee.
3. In case cancellation is done by the candidate within 3 days of the
start of the course 25% will be deducted.
4. I have read &
understood the learning objective of this course & what I can expect out of
this course.
5. In case the candidate wishes to postpone the registration to any
of the future batches but informs IIPM within 10 days no fee will be
deducted.
6. In case the batch is cancelled or postponed by IIPM due to reasons
not in its control like bandh, natural calamities, general strike, total
power breakdown, poor batch size etc., the candidates would be allowed to
sit in the next class at mutual discussion without any extra charges.
